My Wellness Operation 2026 Going Forward I want to share an important update about how I’m refining my approach within my practice. I’ll be transitioning away from standalone nutrition muscle testing and integrating it fully within biomagnetic sessions. This combined approach is more efficient, less invasive, and ultimately more cost-effective for everyone. That said, there will still be a strong nutritional support element woven into your wellness journey. We’ll simply be working in phases that let us address root imbalances first with biomagnetic therapy. From there, we can still identify any nutritional needs and fine-tune your overall plan. I want to gently and clearly explain how I work, and why. Healing is not instant. It’s not linear. And it’s certainly not a “one supplement and you’re healed” situation. The body works in layers, much like peeling an onion. What we address first depends on your unique history: how long the issue has been present, how chronic it is, your detox capacity, mineral reserves, nervous system health, and whether your body has ever detoxed properly before. For example, if someone presents with thyroid dysfunction, we don’t jump ahead to everything else. We first help stabilize and support the thyroid so the body can regain strength. Only after that foundation is built can we safely move on to other systems. This is where kinesiology (muscle testing) becomes invaluable — it shows what the body is ready to address now, not what we wish we could rush into.
